Actions

Caribbean construction Guide
In 2012, we launched the ¨Planning, Design and Sustainable Construction in the Mexican Caribbean Guide¨ in partnership with the Secretariat of Tourism of Quintana Roo. It aims to guide investors on the fundamental aspects that should be considered in regards to the natural environment and its corresponding regulations. The goal of the guide is to promote sustainable and appropriate practices in the planning and construction of tourist real estate developments in the coast of the state of Quintana Roo.
The guide seeks to generate, on the one hand, certainty regarding the safety and protection of economic investment of the buildings, and on the other, conservation of the environmental and the natural surroundings that characterize this region. The goal is to distribute 2,000 guides between developers and decision makers, to promote it and help with its application.
